===== From tek@evilsuperbrain.com: This is a very good image. There's loads of really good subtle details in the "real world" i.e. not the game. Like the glass by the clock and the way the caps lock light appears dimly on because the one next to it is on (my keyboard does that!). ===== From rgow@lanset.com: Interesting take on the topic. The game textures seem a litte too monotone to me, most games are fairly colorful. ===== From the_dark_allies@hotmail.com: Good lighting in this scene. Good textures on the keyboard as well, many artists tend to avoid that step. ===== From N6re@mminternet.com: Very fine combination of computer screen, keyboard and operating leds in soft light with artistic results. ===== From raytracing@grayproductions.net: The more I look at this the more I like it. Always more to find. My one super minor suggestion, I would have liked to have the "Pause" a little more obvious, I didn't notice it at first. Great image though. ===== From bsieker@techfak.uni-bielefeld.de: The problem with the gamma value is common. The dynamic range of current display devices just isn't high enough to handle it properly. ===== From david.madore@ens.fr: A great image down to the details. Minor quibble: I don't understand what's with the alarm clock (why are the digits distorted?). ===== From clem@dhol.org: The putative story doesn't come through well. I can't really realize that the AI is faulty from this image. The angle makes it hard to pick up that the game is paused too. You might have been better served in this image by non radiosity lighting. ===== From p_chan@shaw.ca: Excellent work on the keyboard - it looks very realistic. You did a good job of making the image on the screen look like a RTS game. My only suggestion for improvement there would be the blue laser, which could use some media effects or other modification so it looks less solid. ===== From jfempire@yahoo.co.uk: Good Thinking buddy ===== From slone@hiwaay.net: Looks great on my 1.8 gamma Mac. I wish there was more light as the keyboard, pencil and glass look well modelled but are hard to see (typical complaint for dark scenes and I understand your artistic choice). I like the onscreen character with his hands on his hips, a very nice touch. ===== From noe.falzon@tiscali.fr: Great game ! When do you program it ? ;-)
