You have worked very hard to produce a dated record of a technological 
breakthrough.  A very poignant interpretation of the scene.  I can appreciate 
the care that went into the reproduction of the car as much as the recreation 
of the sepia tinted photo.  Nicely done.

Nice aged image effect, and the coastline and pier are great. The car itself seems
a little simple and dull, it could use a little more detail or texturing, but the 
overall look is good.

This doesn't look like a sepia tint at all.  It looks like a colour picture where everything happens to be coloured in shades of brown.  Seriously, this looks really bad.  You should have entered a full-colour version or rendered with greyscale output and be happy with that.  Also the scaling of the driver seems to be off, he is too small.  For him to be that size, the car would have to be almost 10 meters long.
