You're on the right track to make beautiful images, but unfortunately you don't
seem to have an artistic sense...  An artistic image would have movement, would
tell a story, have a past and a future...  and all this in a still image... 
When looking at your picture, I see a very nice render of a blue-print!  Try
working on the concept of you future IRTC submissions!

Is this crossing crater lake in Oregon?  That is what it looks like.  The
concept has potential.  I liked the mountians and the basic design of the
birdge.  It just looks a bit too 3Dish.  Not enough detail perhaps - it hard to
put a fingure on it.

I like the idea and the layout, but the colors and textures really pull me off.
They look unnatural and way too flat, especially the strong yellows, blues,
greens and reds. The modelling part looks good, lots of details have been
worked out on the bridge and the landscape looks interesting.

improved.  There is no apparent reason why one would build a bridge 
at such a position...

Nice work on the modelling.  Some of the textures looks 
very good, but some have a raytraced feel (supports 
under the bridge).  The water seems too reflective to 
me.
