===== From rgow@lanset.com: Good entry. I like the ship. Scale of some of the furniture looks off. ===== From maarten_hofman@hotmail.com: Nice layered structure and a good idea. Could benefit from more details and more dirt (not so shiny... crumpled paper and such). ===== From tek@evilsuperbrain.com: I'm not sure everything is to scale in this scene. Judging by those tables the room we're in is about 8 metres tall! ===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: The concept was good but your image could have been improved by paying attention to the details. For instance, the stool is not the right portion compared to the desk. Likewise the planks on the floor look too large. The water doesn't really look like water. Keep at it - perhaps start by doing less but more - what I mean is, start by working on less object but spend more time doing them well and focus the details. ===== From hildurka@simnet.is: I like the idea of a drafting room. Your modelling looks O.K. But the textures need a lot of work, as does the lighting of the scene. You should try to move the main light further away from the camera, to the sides, that makes more interesting shadows in a scene. I think in this case even backlighting, from behind the ship, would look really good. There are many good details in this scene and interesting objects. ===== From zesly@wanadoo.fr: You have a big problem with proportions. ===== From chris_hormann@gmx.de: The scenes suffers from a quite significant scaling problem. When you assume the stairs and table are of appropriate size for a normal human the room is about 5 meters high and the wood structure are too large scale.
