===== From rgow@lanset.com: Good texturing. People need some variation as they are obviously all the same. ===== From tek@evilsuperbrain.com: Good use of textures, and I like the details in the scene like plants and pots. The sky looks a little flat, and the lighting seems too yellow: There should be a difference in colour between the lit and unlit areas, so the shadows would be slightly blue. On the whole, nice work. ===== From xilo_m@hotpop.com: You're on the right track to make beautiful images, but unfortunately you don't seem to have an artistic sense... An artistic image would have movement, would tell a story, have a past and a future... and all this in a still image... When looking at your picture, I see a very nice render of a blue-print! Try working on the concept of you future IRTC submissions! ===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: This is nice image and is a good attempt at the concept. I like the textures on the pillars that was nicely done - very realistic looking. That was done so well it made your people look out of place (it would have probably been better to leave them out) - they look like manicans. The plants seem to be growing out of the stones.... still a nice image. ===== From hildurka@simnet.is: The columns in the foreground look good, but I miss more details in the background of the scene. There are areas that look unclear. The backwall for instance, it_s very undefined with no shadow, no start, no end, not in harmony with the rest of the scene. But I like this viewpoint, it works well with the columns. Good textures, nice lighting. Good work! ===== From fergie_2002_@msn.com: its a bit ....map happy ===== From chris_hormann@gmx.de: Nice idea but the lighting is very strange. In the background the sunlit upper parts and the lower parts in the shadow have about the same brightness. The lighting is the main problem in this generally appealing scene.
