===== From jon@vulpecula.us: I really like this. Very creative. Placing all those pipes...ugh, wouldn't want to tackle that myself. Great job! ===== From douge@nls.net: Plumbing has always been a mystery to me. Nice, humorous image. ===== From helene.dumur@free.fr: Nice and funny picture ! The plumber's nightmare ! A lot of work to create all those elements... ===== From Kzerphii.Toomk@Wanadoo.fr: Why not done for Architecture topic !!!??? Very nice and funny. ===== From rgow@lanset.com: Heh heh, great idea! Good job on the plumbing! The scale of the ground texture seems quite large in contrast with the plumber. ===== From thegreatbambeeno@yahoo.com: great idea ===== From hildurka@simnet.is: I love this concept. It is humorous and at the same time reveals one of the great mysteries of the mordern society, showing all the hidden mess from above. This is a complex scene with great detail. You did a good job on the textures as well, they look very realistic. Great work. ===== From somers@w-link.net: Glad I'm not that plumber. ===== From pbrasolin@yahoo.it: Brilliant idea. I like very much those pipes. PB ===== From info@michaelscholz.de: Very nice! I like the desaturated colors and the complexity of the pipes. Funny, too :-) ===== From the_dark_allies@hotmail.com: Very cool scene. This entry is one of my favourites so far. I just wish the human in it looked a bit more realistic. P.S. On my monitor the floor tile reflection in the mirror looks a different color. ===== From zio_tom78@hotmail.com: Perhaps the link with the topic is a bit weak, but the image is wonderful! When I first looked at it, I immediately said: "The winner!". When you look at it from the top, you see an increasing complexity which helps a lot the development of the idea. Congratulations, a great piece of work!!! ===== From p_chan@shaw.ca: Excellent work placing the pipes, etc. in this scene. I think you've suceeded in created a scene which is both orderly and chaotic. ===== From emediez@emediez.com: A classic! Orderly cluttered elements with a very obvious meaning. Therefore, a good composition and a nice image. I like that concept of blatant simple inside a laberynth. ===== From intertek@one.net: That turned out great Glenn! I'm glad I talked you into entering! I = especially like the images this round that show a humorous side to the = topic. Do you know Rube Goldburg's illustrations? = (http://www.nycenet.edu/dis/mst/images/handout1.gif) You've got the same = kind of humor going. Really great job buddy! Michael ===== From file: The idea and the way it has been implemented is great. But I'm not sure about it being strikingly mysterious, but I'll let that go because I really like the design. If I were fussy, I would move the camera angle down a little, so less blank ground is showing at the top, but the pipes and machinery look very good! Notable for originality, modelling, composition ===== From file: Would have sat better in the architecture comp, not vey mysterious. But awesome model. Notable for modelling ===== From file: Notable for modelling
