His name was simply John Watson, though he preferred to be called - and some of his friends had now reluctantly agreed to this - Wonko the Sane." Douglas Adams. So Long, and Thanks for all the Fish To creation of this picture lead fun book by Douglas Adams - "The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy", and I want to say Great Thanks to him. In the four part of this book author depict scene full of surrealism. Place called "The outside of the Asylum" is house of one character. His name is John Watson or Wonko the Sane, how he called himself. This is house topsy-turvy. All decor of the house is situated outside and that very strange. But inside house a grass and trees are grow. So I desided to draw this house. At first I wanted to make my picture with big number of details, but then I deside gone from reality and to add some distortions. DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: Hey, there is some description how this image was created. I'll be short, because brevity sister of the talent. Almost all what you see is CSG. Some jpg images was used as wallpapers and for Dali's self-portrait (on the wall). I'd make grass inside (or outside :)) house with Makegrass macro by Gilles Tran and place one tree in the house with modified TomTree macro by Tom Aust. I'd make parquet with simple boxes and macro, to place them on the floor. Rug in front the door is one blob with big number of spheres. Next some random objects in the air was added. Finally radiosity was added, but result was to real so I deside to add some distortion. To do that, "normal" block was added to camera with bump settings, and I'd place ISO glass (created with granite pigment function) in front the camera to make some small distortions. Ok, I don't want to torment you with my ugly english anymore. Bye and have a fun!
