The lighting and media effects are done well.  One 
improvement that could be made would be to wrinkle the

Nice concept, though the evenly-spaced and squarely oriented 
objects create a jumble that doesn't seem to come together 
as a cohesive whole. No shadow for the glass of water makes 
it stand out. The wall texture is wonderful; very expensive
looking. Excellent lighting. The texture on the hair-mount is 
nice, though a little clean. The hand looks a little odd, too
smooth. The glass objects look great (even without photons)
and the pills look real.
