===== From skipt1@aol.com: Many beginners would submit an entry like this one with a one sentance description and then get slammed on the conceptual score. However, you provided such an elaborate description that I'll take it, but yes it is very abstract. There is no need to reiterate the simplicities of the scene. While the scene lacks the technical merit of some of the other images, it is artistically effective. ===== From tek@evilsuperbrain.com: I think the idea is a very original one, but unfortunately its simplicity makes the scene a little uninteresting. ===== From AlaskaS@gmx.de: I really like the interpretation of the scene in this one. Nice idea :) ===== From rgow@lanset.com: Striking image & very unique concept. I suspect though, that many will find the relationship to the topic not readily apparent without reading the description. ===== From i-mcnamara@cornellcollege.edu: I like the infinity idea, but I would have liked to see some more complexity in your model. Images of complex webs of lines come to mind. I'll give you points for working out the isosurface by yourself though. ===== From ericf@foothill.net: Very minimalist look, and extending the concept of desert to the more abstract is an interesting idea. The only thing I didn't like is the gray lumpy thing. At first I thought it was supposed to be brain, but didn't look much like one. Some other object in its place, something the view can identify with, might have made this image much better. ===== From raytracing@grayproductions.net: You've certainly put a lot of thought into this and caused me to do the same. ===== From file: Topic Notable for modelling
