    PC with Athlon 3200XP with 1Gig system memory



IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 


Various toys, outside, enjoying fine weather, sunny landscape. Some surreal
juxtapositions - material 
for psychoanalysis.




DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 


Started with the landscape and naturalistic elements then selected the objects
for the scene.
 
I was unable to find a meccano set so I made sufficient parts and macros to make
the crane, though they
dont conform to real meccano parts.

Hills are 2 intersecting isosurfaces so the rocky surface protrudes through the
grassy surface.

Distant trees were randomly dropped onto the hills using the trace() function
with an altitude limit.

Three different types of grass were used including Gilles Tran 'mgrass' in
front.

All my original pov code (excluding imports) is bundled unedited in the
sci_toys.zip file including 
items not used in this scene. It is my raw material used for a variety of
projects.

For this scene, the main file is 'main.pov' which calls 'toys and games.inc'.
Please help yourself 
to any pieces of code you find useful.
