IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 

Every time we look into the sky we're looking into the past of those solar
systems and galaxies.  What better museum for everyone to have than a
telescope?  This was my first attempt at anything and took ~2 days to do.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

The ground is a height field and a cylinder.  The telescope is actually much
more complex than it should be but I made it and the tripod based off a picture
I found on the web.  Both tripod and telescope are completely CSG.  Since this
was the first thing I've done with this software I'm still figuring out
textures and would have made the ground better if I had more time but alas...
