The spots on the water seem too sudden and too 
defined for an uneven water surface.  It works fairly well 
in the distance, but they're too distictive in the 
foreground.

Pros: Visually pleasing, good composition and lighting, nice colors and contrast. Water and pearl well rendered. 
Cons: Modelling of the fish in the foreground is too simple. Also, why not submit a picture with a higher resolution?
