This is very ambitious.  It is the best attempt at lighting in the round.  I like the attempt at a stormfront.  The clouds on top look like they were dropped on with an ice cream scoop, but the vertical scale is good.
Put fewer of the light poles.

Pros: interesting parallel between lightning and postlamps. 
Cons: lighting is inconsistent: why is the road lit almost the same all along? I can't fully figure out what's going on in this picture. Why does the 2nd lamppost burst if the storm is in the background? The grass on the right in the foreground seems to be growing on asphalt.
