===== From benoit.kloeckner@free.fr: There is something wrong with the walls texture: one part is smoother than the other. Me be turning normal on in the radiosity statement could fix it (but the render may slow down dramatically). besides that, the concept is nicely handled. ===== From dbn_3@yahoo.com: For some reason this image looks too simple, but I don't know what it is missing. ===== From bertram.henze@t-online.de: Realistic rocks, thus revealing the much less realistic Poser people. Human skin texture complexity is always underestimated. The description is somewhat spoiling the story, because first I thought the boy would point at some falling rocks, signalling a coming rock avalanche - but no, just birds. ===== From p_chan@shaw.ca: The ravine walls look quite convincing in the distance and shadows, but they don't stand up that well in the bright light. There, they seem too uniformly smooth (no juts or sharp edges to been seen). ===== From jyrehby@hotmail.com: Pros: Walls look fairly realistic. Cons: Not sure what the force of nature is. The force that created the ravine? The scene doesn't seem well integrated. It looks like 2-dimensionnal characters pasted into a picture of a canyon. The darkness level is inconsistent: the wife's hair and pants are way darker than the walls in the shade. ===== From file: Notable for modelling, textures, lighting
