(1) Very dark -- lightning lights up the clouds and ground nearby; (2) lightning doesn't occur in many different strikes, but one branching strike -- look at the pictures at wikipedia.org; (3) there is nothing to focus on in the scene -- put something in the foreground or show the lightning striking something.

The result is too dark and the rays do not illuminate the scene as it would be expected of a lightning.  Little level of detail.
