I like the idea.  The cobble stones are visibly repeated though and the image
seems to have an unfinished feel to it.  The water spray looks good.

Ha ha, a speedy snail indeed!  Funny concept.
It's difficult to get a sense of scale for this image.  How big is the =
snail?  The sidewalk blocks?  The things at the bottom of the image?
Also, where does the water come from?
Nice moving water effects -- the stream seems to have velocity and flow.
