Comments are accepted at any time.

If you have not yet registered, you may do so either of two ways:

1.  Go to "http://www.irtc.org/register.html",
the registration WWW page, and follow the instructions.

2.  Send an email message to "irtc-vreg@irtc.org" containing a
single line in the following format:

   your_email_address  your_password

Your email address should be of the form "username@address".  Your password
is any string you choose.  Neither the address nor the password may contain
spaces.  Separate the address from the password by at least one space.

Note that votes will only be accepted from those who entered an image in this
round, or from members of the judging panel.  See our ftp or web site for
information about joining the panel.
