Internet Ray Tracing Competition Sponsors

These are some of the people and companies who have donated products and/or services to the competition. The IRTC wouldn't be the same without them. A heartfelt thanks to all!

Current Sponsors (listed alphabetically)

	Buckosoft (prizes) Buckosoft is donating a Graphics Touch Inc. T-Shirt or mousepad print.
	Komodo Studio (prizes) Bill Fleming of Komodo Studio is providing subscriptions to his outstanding online magazine Mastering 3D Graphics.
	Neatware (prizes) Neatware (formerly Neat Software) is providing IRTC winners with a copy of their Ladybug98 Pro animation software.
	NiEstu (web work) NiEstu is guilty of much of the current web page design.
	POV-Ray Team (ftp and web sites) Chris Cason of the POV-Ray team is providing complete virtual server support (including web and ftp space and admin services) for the irtc.org site. Chris has been an unflagging supporter of the competition right along.
	SoftTronics, Lutz + Kretzschmar GbR (prizes) Lutz is providing a registered copy of the popular Moray modeler.

Prize Allocations

This is the current division of prizes among the winners. Prize awards are at the discretion of the IRTC admins, and are subject to availability.

NOTICE: Late in 1999, the IRTC prize structure seems to have disintegrated. We have had numerous reports from winners that they were never contacted by the sponsor who was to provide their prize(s). We also had a major sponsor withdraw their support. And the administrator who was handling prize issues apparently has some Real Life issues that are a bit more important than the competition.

So, as the above paragraph has always said, prizes are subject to availability, and that availability seems questionable right now. We are now setting in motion a project to re-organize our sponsor relations and prize dispersal activities, and will update this page as soon as we have some results.
