===== From chipr@niestu.com: Pretty scene. A bit short. ===== From agage@mines.edu: I like the motion, and the way the sail flexes into the wind is good. However, the water is far too static -- no ripples, no wake. Models could be more complex. ===== From dpartrid@lawson.appcomp.utas.edu.au: The sail is pretty cool for a hand coded job ===== From dick@buckosoft.com: I love the clouds. Great water. One problem with your sky is that the horizon is equally bright in all directions. You need to put some acceleration/deceleration on your camera moves so that the camera speed slows to a stop. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: Good presence, theme, animation. Quality work. But a little too short. And some of the movements are rather abrupt. Nice work on the clouds! I really like the way they change with time. The whole scene seems a little dark -- it should be in bright sunlight. ===== From karl@pemail.net: Boat is a little simple, but moves well. Really like the water and the clouds ===== From nazrat@athabascau.ca: Nice water. Try for a smoother camera action. Good idea to have the islands for reference points. Howzabout some people on board for next time? ===== From bill@apocalypse.org: nice camera work ===== From r@dmsst59.d.resnet.pitt.edu: Simplistic, but the changes in camera angle are well done. The path of the ship exhibits the linearity found in other animations. ===== From r@dial-up7.webbernet.net: The water and the island were very good. The motion and camera work were well done. Not much story. As the centerpiece of the animation, the boat needed more detail. The sail, also, needed to be smoother. ===== From r@pm1-21.spectranet.ca: Love the water, sky could use some tweaking. ===== From r@auasc7-104.flash.net: Not bad, but the tempo needs a bit of work -- it doesn't quite match the timing of a real boat.
