Ah, yes, we've reached the point where not only does each round have an entry
or two that make fun of previous entries, but we have significant crossovers
between stories.  Not that I mind.  It keeps getting more interesting; next
round, for the ``Life'' round, I expect Rusty to be resurrected...

Of all things in this animation, I think I like the texturing on the spider the
most.  I've always been fond of iridescence.  I also need to give Blender
another
look, because there are some things it seems to handle very nicely.

Is that Rusty!? <grin>  Poor little 'bot never stood a chance.  Wicked spider
'bot, very
nice smoke trail.  Lighting looks a bit odd, but I think that's mostly due to
the
texture of the corridor.
