This animation shows a couple performing the Latin dance Cha-Cha-Cha.
Actually the couple is dancing the Cha-Cha-Walks with Hip-Twist.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS ANIMATION WAS CREATED: 


The animation of the two wooden persons is done with the Delphi program 
"StepWin" which I have developed in the last years. The software is part of 
the project "Animation & Dance" which is online at "www.AniDance.de".

"StepWin" calculates the POV-files and controls the batch rendering in PovRay.
The sound is done by a little synthesizer I have programmed in "StepWin" too.
Finally I have used "MAGIX Video Deluxe" to create the MPEG file.

Today the project "Animation & Dance" presents the basic steps of 28 ballroom
dances free of charge. In the next months the videos of more than 100 advanced
dancing steps will be added and bought on a small fee. In parallel work I'm 
going to restore the videos in a reduced size to offer it via IMode and UMTS.
As soon as all videos have been completed I will compile it on a CD/DVD.
