HARDWARE USED: Athlon XP2400 w/ 512M Ram, Celeron 2000 w/ 256M Ram ANIMATION DESCRIPTION: We see how the Trans-Dimensional Collapsatron works. VIEWING RECOMMENDATIONS: 24 FPS, eyes open DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS ANIMATION WAS CREATED: I typed out a bunch of scene code (and modeled one item), rendered the frames, and slapped it all together with CMPEG. I use LionSnake to model the nanite (which has no moving parts). The hull is divided using my New Subdivision Surface Suite to make it smoother. I also tweaked the colored cloud texture that is seen in the gate when it's running. The sparks are just spheres with solid media in them. Rusty almost didn't make it into this one.
