Hardware-	Macintosh Centris 610 w/ fpu, 41 meg ram
Software-	Strata StudioPro v. 1.1, VistaPro v.1.0, Adobe Photoshop v.3.0

I used vistapro to create the landscape/seascape background,
 and then used photoshop's "lighting effects" filter to create
 the spotlight on the cliff.  Everything else was done in strata.
