The new "rating" voting is excellent. With the old system, the voters were
forced to DISCARD most of the pictures. Now we can give points to each one.
The only problem is with the *three* categories - that's 240 numbers, which
is a bit much. One number per picture would be sufficient IMO.

I marked off points on "technical merit" for people using commercial
renderers, or who used complex modellers but didn't get much out of them.  I
used the "theme" topic mostly to reward those who did a summer scene and
punish those who had to explain how their scene related, when it really didn't
much.  Lots of *really* good pics this time!
