Like you said, the bubbles need work.  The overall look of the scene is great,
though.  You capture the atmosphere well.

It looks like you used caustics in the scene (I didn't get the source, so I'm
guessing).  If not, they would have added even more to a great scene.

I'm not normally partial to lparser "mutants", but this one's kind of 
intriguing. And I have to admit, its an original idea for the summer theme.
