"artistic abilities" apply to artists not their tools. Experienced use of
halos but the simplicity of the planes body suffers in comparison. By the
looks of it the lighthouse has caught the left wingtip. Perhaps showing
actual damage being done would have been more interesting.

Excellent conceptual twist.  Deep rich colors.  The hull is the wrong shape or
something.  Otherwise very cool scene.  Especially love the pattern on the
lighthouse.
