IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 

Thinking back what seems to be years I can remember my grandparents
counter top.  It was always full of candy dishes and on occasion
they would have a glass of wine with my parents.  The design was
done mostly from memory as I could only find one small picture.
While creating the design I thought of adding lots of different
objects to the counter top, but these are the ones I remember most.


DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

The image was first sketched out on paper very roughly.  Then I started
the computer and created the different objects that you see in the
scene using Autocad LT.  All the glasses, wine bottle and candy
dishes were created in Autocad LT then converted to POVRAY source using
DXF2POV a great utility.  All the textures were standard POVRAY
textures. After several hours of creation time and re-rendering I was
happy with this final render. (Hope you like it too) ENJOY!
