  Some people believe that TV is one of the best forms of Entertainment.
  Some people have described the media as the Sunset of Culture.
  Some people have described it as a vast waste land.
  By now you have probably seen too many pictures of what Entertainment is
  Have a break. This is my idea of what Entertainment ain't.

  4 Things I would like to point out:

  The 1 900 phone hooker is a slightly modified version of the Dancer from
  an earlier picture ( not enough practise ?) Could this be considered
  a 'SPINOFF'

  The plate setting on sale for $19.95 ( which seems to be the going price for
  everything on TV ) was taken unchanged from my SciFi entry.
  Definately a 'RERUN'

  The SAAB comercial I've alway enjoyed, mainly because of the Slogan.

  The Yellow Arches in the background? - That would be lunch.


  Now that I think about it, you don't get a break after all.
  Consider - Since this competetion and doing these pictures are one of
  my forms of Entertainment,
       this picture then, must actually be of what Entertainment is.......

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 


The Wasteland is a plane with a color map
   The bumps dips etc. is from the use of a normal map

The 'World' is a hollow sphere of 5000 (pick your own unit) with color map.

The Mountins in the background are from a heightfield I have used before.
   ( Yeah, another ReRun )

The 'Dead Trees' starts out as a single mesh for tree limb which then is used
to
  build a tree, The tree is randomly scaled textured and placed in the
background
  to build the forest.

The 'DeadTvs' are left over TVs randomly textured, rotated, scaled, and placed
also
  in the background.

Hay, It's a wasteland out there, mostly everything is dead.
    'Judge Judy' is seeing to that.

All of the TV's dead or still somewhat functional are made from the same
include
file which also selects a random texture for each one.

All work was done by hand, mainly because I have yet to figure out how to
make spatch or any other modler for that matter do what I want it to do.
