From bill.marrs@pureatria.com:
The wood texture on the piano really hurts and otherwise good image.
See http://home4.inet.tele.dk/ibras/povtips/povwood.htm for help.

From jaime@ctav.es:
Well, I hate to hard critize, but textures are really poor, specially the wood
texture. There are also some strange proportions, but the piano shape is well
modelled.

From gmccarter@hotmail.com:
One of the few images that capture both "art" and "entertainment". This image
has an unusually "grainy" look. Why? Also, the chandelier and it's chain are
nice, but it's candles leave a large shadow on the wall...

From wozzeck@club-internet.fr:
A few points:
1/ Why is you image so noisy?
2/ Where does the dashed lighting on the blue picture come from?
3/ You piano would greatly improve if you translated/rotated the wood texture
from a part to another.

=====
From bsieker@techfak.uni-bielefeld.de:
Most of the texture maps are way too aggressive, i. e. have too much contrast.

From Martin.Magnusson.7121@student.uu.se:
the texture on the piano. Maybe something like DMFWoodX would have been better?

From arcana@sinbad.net:
I had a couple of problems with the scene. There's a grainular quality to the
image, that may be attributed to your image compression, or may be the lighting
you chose. I can't tell. The wood grain on the piano, while nice, is a uniform
pattern for all pieces of the piano. You should have randomly
rotated/translated
the pattern for each part of the piano. I wouldn't have used the same wood type

for the picture frame. Looks like you used a wood pattern on the white keys,
rather than making individual keys. If that's not the case, my apologies,
that's
what I see with the resolution of the image.

From no13@ozemail.com.au:
The texture on the piano is out of scale with the others in the scene but the
lighting is nice.

=====
From msfl.bf@fasonet.bf:
Your piano could have used another texture, or to have it scaled down.
I like the wall texture.

From r@dialup83.webbernet.net>:
This scene has a "Flintstones" feel. The score on the piano looks like a
runestone.
