A nice scene with the foreground, lighthouse, and background providing
nice depth.  The statue on the roof is a nice touch.  However,
texturing needs real improvement and the lighting is not realistically
done.... the stars, for example, should not be brighter through the
light cone.

The moon needs some work as well.... an image map of the real moon would
help.  The water also could use some added work.

object over at the right of the image is supposed to be - the front of a ship? 
Harbour area could have used a little more detailing, perhaps.

Most of the scene is just dark and boring. Somehow the composition fails to
attract the eye. Partly due to lack of detail and also due to lack of
interesting lighting and camera angle.

Interesting design.  The post in the foreground intrudes.  The light seems to be
shining inland.  The brass? mirror is good.
