DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 


The scene has been composed for povray beta version 3.1 for Windows.
I use the new function MACRO to calculate rotation matrix. For a precedent
version of Povray, I needed EXCEL 5 to obtain the same result. I did not
find an equivalent function in the help file of povray. But in the source
file MATRICES.C it is a function called : Compute_Axis_Rotation_Transform
(transform, V1, angle).
To render this file, you must have the two following files in the INCLUDE
directory: POLYREG.INC (Platonic polyhedra). On these polyhedra, you can
do CSG OPERATIONS. And COL_RDR.INC. This file contains the pigments from
RENDERAY 2.0 and it is easyer for me to translate RENDERAY scenes to
POVRAY.
