It's my first scene with the MAX generation, I bought a new PC during last month and i moved to MaxR2.0 from 3DS4. I hope you'll like it. I've forgoten the max file at my home, so i can't upload it today If you are insterested in getting it, just send me an email. DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: -Sky is a gradient map with turbulent noise. -Mountain was modeled under AWB and exported to 3DS Montain texture was drawn with PSP -Trees in the background are simple bitmaps with transparency mask -The two foreground tree were made by TreeFactory1.0 plugin I've drawn my own leaf map with PSP -Fisherman was modeled with 3DS4.0 editor except his face which was modeled under MAX -bucket, fishing rod, box, bottle were also modeled with MAX -River: The river texture was drawn with PSP Stones are scaled and bended spheres The spray is a particle array -Lake: It's a bimple box with a bump map (1000x1000 pixels) and reflect/refract map. I generated the bump map with a classical wave algorithm and afterwards I added extra wave at the foot of the river and under the the fish with PSP -Fish is a bended loft object with a fish texture applied on it. Fish map was also drawn with i let you guess.
