Hmm... very colourful, but distressingly confusing. One Tip : Try making simpler scenes first. Just one Spaceship, one planet and a sun for example. Stills of Space battles are difficult if you want to avoid confusing the viewer.
well ... ok : another tip : Using noise as starfield is fine, however you should use a lower noise level to avoid having the sky looking like a wall.

Far from being my cup of tea. Taste, when you take us !
Maybe someone is going to call that art like those others called the cubism for Picasso art, well, I rated this as I would have rated some of the Picasso of that period : low.
Nothing against you personally.

A bit busy with nothing that captures the attention as
the central theme.
Last competition we said you should stick to making one
really good image instead of two 'okay' images. (or
words to that effect). This still holds true. Have a look at
photography books or magazines on 'composition'. This
will help with the placement (and how many) of objects.

Colours clash. Try to avoid usins so many bright colours in a scene

From mar@physics.usyd.edu.au:
This looks very cartoony... all the bright colours and simple shapes. Not sure
what to suggest... maybe calling it a cartoon!

From peter@table76.demon.co.uk:
Unless you wanted that effect on the planes, I think they would have been more
effective if they were smaller - then you could also have had more planes in
the scene. I don't think a single TTF object looks convincing enough, when
it's that large in the image.

Even following the bad stuff out of Hollywood it could be more realistic.
