Is the color of the tower really this grey?  I thought it was more white.
Modelling of the tower is good (except for the top windows) but the lighting
could be better -- how about moving the sun more to the side?  Scene needs more
surroundings, too.

realistic background would have helped a lot.  A little 
more texture detail on the tower would be nice, too.
