It is obvious that you put a lot of effort in this image. The lockers and
terazzo floor turned out quite well. I am especially impressed by the way you
worked the gunman into the scene...one all too familiar these days.

From daffyduckx@hotmail.com:
Nice dents and details on the lockers. In contrast some other details like
the ceiling look to flat and smooth. Adding a little imperfection like you did
with the lockers would help.

The lines on the floor giving directions are a nice touch. They establish
clearly that we are in a school. Even though they wouldn't necesarily be in
all schools, they a certainly believeable. Extra details like this add a lot
to a scene.

It just needed a stonger hint of the theme. Perhaps a the barrel of a gun with
smoke coming out of it...

Good, subtle concept. Nice action. Good attention to detail.

This is real horror!

=====
From jrcsurvey@aol.com:
Good use of mundane, anecdotal detail to accent the horror.

From dwallace@lynx.dac.neu.edu:
The day after a party may be sad, but not scary. Long-term decay (rust, rot,
mildew, cobwebs) has greater impact.

From tina@ripco.com:
Am I missing something? I don't understand what in this image is supposed
to be horrific.

=====
From gmccarter@hotmail.com:
I wish a little more evidence of the horror was visible: bullet holes, a gun, or
a shell casing very close to the camera.
A very good, seamless collaboration. Bravo.

Beautiful image, but I didn't think horror, I thought, that must be the
naughty class where all the disruptive kids go. Really nice to see a joint
effort that looks seemless. My favourite object in this scene has to be that
screwed up piece of paper at bottom right, really good work, and some superb
modelling and texturing. I'll visit your websites soon and maybe d/l some of
those macros.
