This is a surprisingly creepy image. It kind of stays with you in the back
of your head. The skull's teeth exhibit a nice use of shadow.

Now that's an interesting take on the winseat image. :)
I think the police cars and their lights turned out extremely well. The 
"skull" is a great twist! The TV screen presentation is also a great touch, 
not that this wasn't already terrific without it.  BTW, good taste in music.

The image has a 'drawn' feel to it, which I think detracts from the overall
efecct.  I did however like the lighting effects, which I think worked well in
this scene.  I did not see the skull at first, after reading the notes it
seemed obvious.  That part was especialy well done.

What can I say, I might as well wipe my hard disk and throw all of that graph
paper away.  I see the skull.  This is excellent.  Interesting way of making
that pylon.  I like the scan line effect, and I'm going to look at the code
later and work out how you did the TV graphics at the bottom.  It would be
interesting to see the original image that you captured.  Lets see some more
work of this quality in future rounds.
