I liked silence of the lambs. A good image. My only suggestion is not to explain what is not there.

From daffyduckx@hotmail.com:
I needed your explanation to understand the schene but it is nicely rendered.

I guess for me the image has to carry the message.... the meaning must be shared, in this case it wasn't, but a nice thought.

Not much contrast. Wonderful concept, and great execution, but not reinforced
by the scene design.

The woodgrain is really eyecatching, it is so convincing it almost undoes the
overall illusion. The composition is also daring and well thoughtout. My
main problem is with the overall color harmony and a lack of a sense of
gravity. I want those objects to rest more solidly on the tabletop.

Lighting seems flat. I can't read the bottle or the note. I guess I missed the idea.

A dinner plate with some "chicken fingers" would have helped a lot.

From tina@ripco.com:
I have seen the movie, as well as read the book, and I still didn't get this
until I'd read the file, despite it being one of my favorite movies. Some of
the problem, I think, is that I had a hard time reading the note as it was
distorted, and some is that I had no idea those were supposed to be fava
beans (maybe it would have been better on a plate?) The idea is an
interesting one but somewhere the lines of communicating it
seem to have failed.

Subtle. Actually, maybe too subtle. Without the (rather good) text explanation, the image cannot stand on its own. Good detail and mood.

Some of your own work would have been good. If it needs explaining it
doesn't do the job. Let your image speak a thousand words and not your
txt file.
