O.K. this is something I can relate to.  I think though that the wrong tooth was pulled, it looks pretty healthy to me.  I see that you placed your objects in such a way that helps the viewer read the work.  The open knife with the cork screw opened towards the direction of the book, the angle of the word dentist leads me to the image of the tooth on the wall.  The way you bracketed your scene with the plyers, salt bottle, and electrical cord all these things went into making your artwork a great piece.

This reminds me of a MAD TV sketch. The tooth seems a little big in relation
to the other items. The swiss army knife is really well done, I'm impressed. 
Paper clips and electric plug both  are also very good. Also I like the way 
the book pages lay -- an odd thing to comment on, I know!

Oh, this is awful!  I mean, it's good!  Er, it's an awfully good image about an awful idea... oh, never mind. :-)
A fully-realized scene, down to the smallest detail such as the dirt on the wall and the tiny teeth on the pliers.  Outstanding concept, particularly in placing the book upside-down: rather than hitting us in the face, the viewer is completely drawn in to the scene as he tries to read the words and the situation becomes clear.  Stunning realism in some areas, like the swiss knife.  Less so in other areas, like the paper clip on the book which has no shadow, and no reason to be there.
I like the yellow bookmark, but I don't understand the "careful" note.
Quite a well done image.

This is fantastic.  I laughed a lot over this and have known some people in 
the past who would really do this kind of thing.  You didn't need to thank
the people at Rhin, they've got your money.  Improvements: the Swiss army 
knife could do with some stains or dirt on it as could the pliars, you maybe
could have bent one of the paper clips or had a piece of string tied to one 
of them to make them look as though they were some do it yourself tool that
was needed for the job in hand.  A very good image and the time that you've
put into it shows compared to other images in the competition.
