===== From cdsi26@bupers.navy.mil: Makes a very impressive statement. Most of us tend to forget that we have it easy. Thanks for reminding us that we are all human and vulnerable. ===== From tlyons@gnn.com: sad but true 8( ===== From daffyduckx@hotmail.com: Wow, this is grim. But a very original entry with a real impact. ===== From timk@jtse.com: Nice concept. Good, novel use of volumetric effects. Nice contrast, highlighting the text rather than the images. I can almost hear Doctor Jekyl giving these instructions, as he morphs into his alter-ego. "Take two pills, three times a day... FOREVER! HaHahahaha..." A sinister laugh, an ominous smile, his evil eye staring you right in the face... Shudder... ===== From jrcsurvey@aol.com: This gave me pause. The haze is used effectively ===== From dlauer@optonline.net: I sincerely hope that medical advances will help alliviate this Horror for you ===== From soulmates@gci.net: Good concept. Our next door neighbor suffers from epilepsy and we've had more than one occasion where she's felt an episode coming on and has just made it to our doorway to knock for help when it hits her. Never be ashamed or afraid of it. Don't let it rule your life. Think of it as something akin to laundry and doing the dishes. Things you may not like, but are a part of your life. ===== From tina@ripco.com: What really made it was the word 'forever'. ===== From mark.wagner17@gte.net: The "forever" is not obvious enough. You might want to raise it a little and make the color more intense. ===== From sjlen@ndirect.co.uk: When I first saw this I thought of cloning and then of friends of mine who need to take medication all the time for asthma. The image is very simple in construction and content but also very chilling. Suggested improvements would be area lights which would make quite a difference to the image. Also the shadows from the text spoiled the image a bit for me. I've just rerendered with no_shadow in the text objects and it's made a vast improvement. Good work and I look forward to seeing some more in future rounds.
