===== From cdsi26@bupers.navy.mil: If I didn't know better I's swear it was a screen capture. Very good job reproducing and element of Windows we see on an all too regular basis. Thankfully PVengine is rarely in the titlebar. ===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: Very original! ===== From timk@jtse.com: Was this a 3D rendered image? Not to get too serious on you, but the concept could have been used much more powerfully, by putting it in a setting. Also, the concept needs enhancement to make it horrifying. For example, I lost almost a week's worth of work while making my image because the modeller I was using decided to corrupt my datafile. The experience was shocking, yes, but not horrific. ===== From curtis_cooper@hotmail.com: Hilarious ===== From ameede@madmac.com: I am rating your cpu's error message not the actual work done, or what the final image might have looked like. ameede@madmac.com ===== From tina@ripco.com: I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that this idea was used more than once, given the nature of the medium. But... this was boring, I'm afraid. ===== From ericf@foothill.net: I would have liked to rate this higher, as I liked the concept. But with a flat image, no real 'raytrace' as such in evidence, I couldn't rate it higher on artistic or technical merits. ===== From martial.rameaux@wanadoo.fr: Oh oh ! The big horror ! Great Big HORROR ! Very good works and conception ! Thanks for the source ! Martial :-) ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: I wish you were more explicit in your description: did you actually MODEL this scene? How... obsessive. But I must admit, my first impression was shock: I thought WinVote crashed. ===== From sjlen@ndirect.co.uk: I know the feeling. Nuff said. ===== From file: fact is stranger then fiction!!! This "IS" our ultimate Horror! Notable for originality ===== From file: this was probably the scariest thing entered, but it wasn't rendered or raytraced Notable for originality
