===== From cdsi26@bupers.navy.mil: I think I work here. I have since moved up to a position as a zombie overseer but can still relate to the horror of a cubical farm. Your floor turned out well and the lighting is believable. You forgot one aspect...your Dilbert catoons pinned to the "walls";) ===== From timk@jtse.com: Actually, this is not the most horrible working environment I have ever seen. The worst was a job I interviewed for: All of the software engineers crammed into a corner of a room. No breathing space. No privacy. Needless to say, I didn't pursue that lead. ===== From jrcsurvey@aol.com: I have certainly had the same thoughts, yet so many of us take comfort in such a lifestyle ===== From tina@ripco.com: Oh yes, there is something more horrible than working in cubicles. The seating where I work is desks in a hallway. We don't get the sound baffling even cubicles provide. YAPYAPYAPYAP all day long! Oh, wait, this is supposed to be about you, not me. Um. They're really good cubicles. I don't necessarily agree with the idea that they're 'horror', other than maybe in a zombie sense... hmm. Well, better by far than some of the other ideas I've seen. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: Ha! I had to laugh when I saw this one! Relax, it could be worse: look at "The Prison" in this round. Excellent detail, lighting, textures. ===== From sjlen@ndirect.co.uk: Nice work, and nice idea, very original, I think I know the feeling, the last place I worked they asked me my name some time in the third week. Havn't had a good look at your code, but I might sort the ceiling lights out and send you an example, maybe use no_shadow in the light gratings and a wide radius spotlight and you could be there, then to get that colour thats just like flourescent lights:-( This really lacked a point of interest, maybe a tea trolly or the mail trolly just to break it up a bit and add some colour. ===== From file: Do you really work here? Quit. Notable for lighting, originality, composition
