They do look like massive carved rocks.
The sky and clouds are certainly unrealistic but very artistic.

An impressive sky, though the gradient is slightly too steep to be
plausible. The technique you used for "ruining" the castle is interesting,
but it doesn't produce too realistic results. Stone walls don't crack like
that, but hey, it looks good so the method may not be that important :-)
The clouds are pretty odd, as they seem to pass between the towers. 
Taking into account the normal size and scale of clouds versus castles,
the effect looks somewhat wacky.

Interesting surreal scene.   The castle looks more carved 
than collapsed and has an oddly modern architecture.  I 
like the strange sky, but the graininess is irritating.

This is an interesting image, I like your sky.  The ground looks too flat and
smooth, in some places those bricks look asthough they are about five feet
(1.5m)
high. You need some trees, grass and maybe a car park for the tourists.
