===== From whhale@nvl.army.mil: The crumbling walls are too jagged for block construction...I do like the moat ===== From Alain.Culos@bigfoot.com: You seem to have a strange understanding of a typical western European mediaval castle's walls architecture. They do look like massive carved rocks. The sky and clouds are certainly unrealistic but very artistic. ===== From jouni@mikrobitti.fi: An impressive sky, though the gradient is slightly too steep to be plausible. The technique you used for "ruining" the castle is interesting, but it doesn't produce too realistic results. Stone walls don't crack like that, but hey, it looks good so the method may not be that important :-) The clouds are pretty odd, as they seem to pass between the towers. Taking into account the normal size and scale of clouds versus castles, the effect looks somewhat wacky. ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: The water in the moat and the weird sky give this a very odd but cool look. Not sure about the clouds, though... they look kinda flat and grainy... could use a little work to get them looking better. ===== From clem@dhol.org: Interesting surreal scene. The castle looks more carved than collapsed and has an oddly modern architecture. I like the strange sky, but the graininess is irritating. ===== From sjlen@ndirect.co.uk: This is an interesting image, I like your sky. The ground looks too flat and smooth, in some places those bricks look asthough they are about five feet (1.5m) high. You need some trees, grass and maybe a car park for the tourists.
