Notable features include good use of motion blur and lights to generate
the scary effect of the fans. I think you've succeeded pretty well in 
that sense. The hall looks very industrial, although you could've boosted
the looks by a couple of well-placed and -designed objects on the floor.
The ruins theme could be stronger here, as the hall could quite well
still be in use. Too many things don't actually leave the "abandoned"
feeling. With the fans still rotating and lights glowing, the first thing
that comes to mind is not a deserted industrial building.

This is beautiful... if I didn't know better, I'd swear it 
was from the game "Myst" (which had beautiful 
graphics, regardless of the gameplay itself.)  I don't 
really get a sense of abandonment or desertedness from 
it, though.

Nice image.  The blur on the fans is inappropriate for an 
abandoned building, especially with the sharp shadows.  
Why are the lights still working?  I like the walls and the

Great looking image, it's got a nice dry and still feel to it, some great
textures.
Where I live, if you don't pay your electrick bill on time, they come round and
cut
the power to your house.  Someone left this building about 10 years ago and
forgot
to turn off the lights, not only are they still working but the electric hasn't

been cut off yet.
