The concept seems to be adapted to suit the topic (my feeling).
How much work this represents, I don't know, the hand and the bullet certainly
look convincing, both have this photographic quality, though it is possible to
see that the scene is not an actual photograph. Still that leaves me wondering
what sort of tool you used to produce this and is it really hard work at all ?

The image itself is pretty OK, and the attempt to bind it to the topic
is at the very least interesting. You still fall short, because IMO a 
single shining object picked from a ruin does not make the image a 
legitimate ruins topic submission. Sorry :-(

Thw 7.62 bullet should be pointier and the bullet itself should have a smaller

From a technical aspect, I think this is outstanding... 
especially the hand.  I like the wall in the background, 
too.  Doesn't seem to me it fits the topic at all, though.
