===== From ekaiser@camden.tds.net: Cool image, but too orange and the striations on the sandstone of the far away mountain shouldn't be the exact same size as they are on the head, Overall a good image ===== From whhale@nvl.army.mil: I like the stark look of this one. The head seems superimposed. perhaps some sand buildup around it would help. ===== From Alain.Culos@bigfoot.com: A rather original image. ===== From jouni@mikrobitti.fi: A well-made skeleton, excellent sky and a very fitting mountain. Nice background work, but the head and skeleton could use some company to make them look more like the ruins of the Olmek civilization. ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Good feel of a desert landscape, with the sky complementing the colors of the sand and stone. ===== From jaime@ctav.es: Beutiful. Great lighting, and superb sky. The sand and rocks very well done. Good work! ===== From clem@dhol.org: Very good wind and sand blasted sandstone. I like the ground texture and the rocky prominence in the background. ===== From mar@physics.usyd.edu.au: What a great sky! The head looks good too, but the way it sits on the sand seems a bit like it's "floating" and not actually pressing into the sand. The shadow needs to be darker close to the rock - not sure how easy it is to model this in Vue d'Esprit. Sand looks nice, but suffers a bit of aliasing banding. ===== From sjlen@ndirect.co.uk: This is very good work, considering how new you are to the software. The textures are very good which just proves that you don't have to use PSP to get a good texture in Vue. ===== From file: Very cool picture Notable for composition ===== From file: Very cool picture Notable for composition ===== From file: Great picture, but I think it could be a better ground texture- the shadows look to me like they're on the wrong side of the ripples in the sand.
