A unique view. Scene looks great but I think if you were to add water droplets
and perhaps a little more contour to the water on the window it would pass off
the effect much better. Right now it looks like you are looking through a dry
textured window.

I'd love to see this scene with a more subtle rain 
effect... there's too much distortion for my tastes.  It's 
also hard to comment on the rest of the scene for this 
reason, but it looks pretty good from what I can make
