===== From loomsbury@yahoo.com: My, how out of scale this is. I like the modeling on the cars. Textures need alot of work, and the sky is too black for the rest of the image being so light. ===== From pmccombs@hotmail.com: Has potential. Work on textures. Cars seem to be floating above ground. Human figure isn't terribly realistic; or is it a statue? ===== From scarmig@ohmss.com: Excellent modelling work. Many of the textures and objects look like toys, very clean and shiny and plastic (purposefully?). If the fire had been made to look like those plastic strips that blow in the wind you would have had a perfect Lego version of NYC! ===== From tony@j4tb.com: Wow, what a story. I can see why you remember it. The cars and street lamps are your strongest feature. Your buildings have great detail they seem to modellic. Your flames need to be a little brighter you might want to set the ambience real high or add a bright light. Smoke from the flames and some area fog with add loads to the realism of the picture. ===== From whhale@nvl.army.mil: A nice piece of work but needs some texture. Also you scale appears off. ===== From jd@surveyor.in-berlin.de: Funny how memory works... ;-) The brick texture is too dominant and the sky gruesome... ===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: The textures are a bit harsh.... but maybe that is the look you were after. ===== From karl@pemail.net: Colours are a bit bright and primal ! ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: This has an interesting feel to it. I like the diner a lot, and the streetlight in the center has a nice shape to it. Is it just me, or are the cars floating a little way above the street? ===== From tonyv@iafrica.com: All the cars seem to be floating. ===== From file: Either the man is too big, or the cars are too small.
