===== From scarmig@ohmss.com: Great idea and I love the central building! The lights seem very uniform on it and the city around it seems very uniform in general. A nice piece of work overall! ===== From tony@j4tb.com: Cool looking..I reminds me of the gun gan city at the beginning of Phantom Menace. I particularly like the iregularity of the lights. The atmospheric effects are nice too. The lighting is perfect. My only complaint is that the vegetation seems too big I would have dumped it altogether. ===== From whhale@nvl.army.mil: A very interseting image. I can see why you had to render it so large. Even so you have so much going on that a major portion of the details are lost. You might have been better off showing the view from a window of a dwelling. ===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: Nice rustic look. The small habitations looked a bit... replicated. ===== From mwsny001@mweb.co.za: Excellent image! ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: A nice picture with an imaginative concept and a good amount of detail. The bubbles look good and are a nice touch. The texturing on the pipes gives the impression of rust, but might benefit from a more corroded look. Also, while the small yellow windows look good on the smaller background "buildings", on the central "buildings" the lack of detail is fairly obvious and detracts from the reality of the scene. ===== From annie.kane@mindspring.com: Very nice, if all the smaller buildings weren't alike it would ahve been better ===== From mar@physics.usyd.edu.au: Wow, this is an impressive image, with heaps of detail. The bubbles and modelling and lighting are good. It's big and sprawling - obviously a city. I think a bit more "traffic" would have helped in conveying the hustle and bustle of an urban setting. ===== From file: I like the textures/light/water :-)/atmosphere Notable for lighting
