IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
What every young man dreams of: a swingin' bachelor pad in the city... :)

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:
I created the apartment and all of the objects in the apartment with Moray.
Many of the items were created separately, and then placed via the POV-Ray
editor. The image texture maps (pop cans, jeans, poster, etc.) were all
created or edited in Photoshop, and placed either in Moray or in the POV
editor. The jeans were created in sPatch. The city that you can see
out the windows was created with a POV utility that I wrote called CityGen.
It is freeware, see my webpage (shameless plug). My goal was to create
that delicate balance between slight chaos and downright messy, and I think
I acheived that fairly well (I cheated, I looked around my own apartment!).
A bit of a disappointment: some objects lost a LOT of detail in their
placement and the render...download the source and render the speaker
separately, and you'll see what I mean.
