Pretty bold choice of colors, punched at least my eyes. The waterline could use
a little more work. Odd clouds, but may serve the purpose well.

Some interesting elements here... I like the texture on 
the mountains, and the clumps of grass look good.  The 
bush in the lower left seems pretty bright.  Overall, while 
most of the individual objects look good, they don't 
seem to work together that well... the scene has a busy, 
chaotic look to it.

Artistic - some colours are a bit harsh to the eye but otherwise not a bad
effort
Technical - a lot of work here, but some adjucent textures need to be
harmonized
   (i'm looking at the finely grained rock slabs on which the Eagle is perched
    verus the fuzzy stretched texture of the arch underneath)
Concept - a wilderness of sorts
